Description

Usage

1. Open the package and cut the hemostatic sponge to the applicable shape.
2. Immerse it into sterile saline, rub it softly until is drenched and then extrude the remaining liquid inside. Apply it to the bleeding spot and press against it until the blood is coagulated.
3. If the patient has hemorrhagic diathesis, immerse the sponge into a solution of thrombin.

CAUTIONS

1. It is sterilized and disposable, thus no recycle is allowed.
2. Should the package be in damaged or polluted condition, the usage is forbidden.

Contraindications

It is an animal protein product which is contraindicated in those patients who have shown hypersensitivity to it. Storage normal temperature, it has been sterile by oxirane.
